Return & Exchange Policy

At Ire Girl Candles, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and photos showing the defect or incorrect item.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will, at our discretion:

• Send a replacement item at no additional cost, or

• Provide a refund for the affected item, or

• Offer another suitable resolution based on the circumstances.
   

Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for replacement or refund.
